精米歩合70％の本醸造酒のひやおろしです。ひやおろしとは春先にしぼったお酒を火入れ貯蔵し、蔵の中でひと夏を越し、熟成し丸みを帯びたお酒のことです。 初秋の気候が少し涼しくなる頃に蔵出しするので「ひやおろし」と呼ばれています。 熟成した丸みのある味わいです。
