静岡県農業試験場が開発・育成した、静岡生まれの酒米【誉富士ほまれふじ】を精米歩合７０％と低精白で使用し、山廃酒母で純米酒を仕込みました。 　日本酒が切れていて酸もある辛口酒です。山廃らしい素朴なフレーバーがあります。
