「日本酒で乾杯してほしい！」。そんな思いから作ったのが純米発泡酒「Janpan」。多酸系の酛母で醸した青リンゴ酸のような酸がさわやかな純米酒に、味を壊さぬように独自の炭酸ガスをお酒に入れて火入れを行い、甘く爽やかな飲み口に仕上げました。アルコール度数も日本酒の中では低めで飲みやすく、まさにシャンパンのように味わっていただけます。
