島根県産改良雄町を自家精米し使用。丁寧に仕込んだ後、自然に元気に発酵していく醪は＋旭日の中でも一番泡が高く出る暴れん坊。しっかりした酸と、それを受け止める旨みを湛えた純米酒です。燗など温度の変化で違う表情が出てくるタイプです。 アルコール度数15％。
