爽やかなマスカット系の香りとほのかな甘みが楽しめる純米大吟醸。酒米は地元島根県産の佐香錦を使用しています。 佐香錦：神話の国、出雲に所在する酒造りの神様、久斯之神（くすのかみ）を祀る神社「佐香神社」に由来する名前を持つ酒米。日本酒発祥の地と言われ、この「佐香」という言葉は「酒」の語源とも言われています。
