真冬に出来上がったにごり酒を、瓶詰め火入れ後に冷蔵庫へ。そのまま夏まで低温貯蔵しています。味わいは、全体的に微炭酸がとけこんだやや辛口。アタックは強めですが口の中に広がる味わいはふんわりとしたもち米の様な甘みを感じ、キレはすーっとした辛口です。
