原点回帰の意味をこめ、開業以来昭和初期頃まで当蔵の代表銘柄であった「東魁正宗」を2011年に復活させました。 麹米・掛米に酒造好適米「山田錦」を使用し、米の旨味を凝縮した重厚な味わいながらも、口の中で残らずさらりと消えていく大変きれいなお酒に仕上がっています。
