酒造り200年の伝統を今に受継ぎ手間暇を惜しまず、醸し出した大吟醸は上品な香りと幅のある旨味、やや辛口のお酒です。酒造好適米の山田錦を50％まで精白し、低温でじっくりと醗酵させる事で淡麗かつ滑らか、果実のような爽やかな薫りに仕上げました。 和食はもちろん、洋食など様々な料理に相性が良いお酒です。
