大吟醸「九六位（くろくい）・しずく」は、その清らかな伏流水を使用している九六位山に因み命名。もろみの詰まった酒袋を吊るし、自然としたたり落ちたものだけを集めた「しずく取り」大吟醸。一回の仕込みから採れる量も少なく非常に貴重な酒です。協会1801号酵母による華やかな吟醸香と淡麗でフルーティーな味わい。
