備中杜氏の吟醸造りを継承し、芳醇な香りとすっきりとした後口が印象的なお酒です。 「如意山」とは当蔵元の裏山の名称。当蔵元には多くの文人・墨客が訪れました。昭和初期に歌人与謝野晶子が蔵元に逗留した際に、山を愛でながら詠まれた歌「深山木の緑の波の重なれる 如意の麓の客房の朝」に由来します。 ※山田錦での製造分は2022年終売
