花のような優しく落ち着いた香りとみずみずしくピュアな甘み、品種改良される前の在来米らしい柔らかで落ち着いた佇まい。 新しく開発された酒米のような派手さやボリューム感はありませんが、積み重ねられた歴史を感じる奥ゆかしく素朴な味わいに仕上がりました。
