陣屋特別純米として、初めて福島県産福乃香を使用。精米歩合60％まで精米し、醸造しました。しぼりたての味をそのままに、瓶詰した無濾過生原酒です。若干のガス感と酸味によるジューシーな味わいに、福乃香らしいきれいな甘みと切れの良さで、食中酒としてのバランスがとれたお酒になっております。
