全量山梨県産米の甲州山田錦で醸した「笹一」の純米吟醸です。日本屈指の銘水である霊峰富士の御前水で仕込みました。手造りの突き破精麹で山田錦の特徴を引き出し低温発酵でじっくり丁寧に醸しました。穏やかで爽やかな香りが口中に広がります。キレのあるフレッシュな酸味とコクのある濃醇な米の甘みがうまく調和した心地よい余韻を感じる食中酒です。
