7代目蔵元 小川原良征が酒造りに一切の妥協はせず、本質を求め、たどり着いた純米酒の境地、長期熟成純米酒。タンク貯蔵は瓶貯蔵に比べ、貯蔵中大きなリスクを伴いますが、タンク貯蔵で長期熟成させて初めて生まれる、旨味、深味、余韻は別格。純米清酒の新たな世界です。 長期熟成シリーズは10年以上の熟成酒です。 The 7th generation brewery, Yoshiyuki Ogawahara, did not compromise on Sake brewing, but sought the essence and arrived at the state of Junmaishu, long-term aged Junmaishu. Compared to bottle storage, tank storage carries a greater risk during storage, but the umami, depth, and finish that are born only after long-term aging in tank storage are exceptional. It is a new world of Junmaishu.
