簸上清酒が最もこだわりを持って造る逸品「玉鋼」。 兵庫県産の山田錦を手作業で時間をかけて丁寧に仕込んだお酒は、華やかな香りと甘みの中に野太い荒々しさを秘めています。 「玉鋼」とは日本刀の原料である和鉄の名称。奥出雲地方にのみ古来より伝承される製鉄法「たたら製鉄」によって造られる鋼の名前を冠しています。
