剣愛山の概要について 「剣愛山」とは「愛山」を種子として、徳島県美馬市で生産された愛山です。 「剣愛山」の「剣」とは、徳島県の剣山（標高1955m）から名付けられ、剣山は、日本百名山の一つであり、山道の湧き水も日本百名水としても登録される。 今回は、この「剣愛山」で醸造した日本酒を特別に出展します。
