一般的な大吟醸・純米大吟醸は30%～40%ですが、その更に半分である15%精米を実現しました。華やかながらも決して重たく感じるような香りではなく、心地よく鼻を抜けていきます。繊細な甘味が感じられ、後味は淡雪のようにふわりと消えていきます。
