酒造好適米の山田錦を精米歩合４０％まで磨き上げ、自社酵母を用いてじっくりと醸し低温貯蔵した純米大吟醸です。７年以上に渡る貯蔵により華やかな香りと米の旨味はほど良く熟成し、穏やかで上品な吟香と、柔らかい旨味と甘味が感じられる古酒となりました。
