自社田「雄町米」で純米仕込を行った普通酒です。 自社田で「雄町米」を栽培していると、どうしても”等級外”の雄町米が出てしまいます。 今季も僅かですが、自社田で出たこの「雄町米」の等級外米を使用して純米仕込でお酒を仕込みました。 ”等級外”のお米でお酒を仕込んでも特定名称酒（本醸造、純米酒、吟醸酒・・）にはならず、全て「普通酒」になります。
