辛口と言ってもただ単に薄辛いだけでは不満足、さらりと流れる内に旨みもほんのりと感じたい。 日本酒度で+12まで発酵させました。甘味はなく、完熟した味わいと後味の切れが素晴らしいです 超辛口だが口当たりはやさしい、ピリ辛、薄辛ではありません。お米の旨さを活かしました。
