夏の季節限定のお酒です。アルコール分が17度と高く、リンゴ酸多生成酵母を用いた、甘さと酸味がはっきりとしたお酒ですので、そのまま飲んでも良いですし、氷を入れても味がぼやけません。また炭酸水で割っても面白いです。
