アタック（口中に含んで最初）で広がる甘味がテクスチャー（飲み口）になめらかさ、まろやかさを感じさせる。上品でキレの良い酸味がその上に加わる。酸味と甘味のバランスが良いのでフレッシュ感がある。中盤から余韻に感じられる心地よい苦みがキレをもたらしている。しっかりとした旨味が長く持続する。
