摘みした能登産のゆずをふんだんに使用し、純米酒に漬け込み熟成させました。 口当たりは甘く、飲んだ瞬間にゆずの爽やかな香りと旨み、ほろ苦い風味が広がります。喉越しはすっきりと軽く、重たい甘さは残りません。 純米酒の旨みにゆず本来の酸味が溶け込んだ大人のリキュールです。 パーティなどで使用されることも多く、乾杯酒としてもおすすめです。
