吉備の国にこだわったお酒です。 お米は「都」。「都」は江戸時代に発見され大正時代まで吉備地方で栽培されていた酒米です。 絶滅していたのを吉備の国のお酒をつくるため復活させ、鬼ノ城の麓の棚田で無農薬で栽培しています。 「都」のお酒・３種類のうち最上級のお酒です。
