朝日米を使用した高精白（28％精白）の酒にチャレンジしました。香り系酵母である1801号酵母と9号酵母をブレンドしています。甘味の残る1801号酵母とすっきりとキレていく9号酵母をブレンドすることでフルーティーな香りがありつつすっきりとしたタイプに仕上げました。
