創業二百余年、脈々と受け継がれてきた伝統の技を生かした、純米吟醸【角の井】。 フルーティーな香りが特徴で、やや辛口ながら、ほのかなやさしい香りとまろやかな口当たりが特徴の飲みやすい”米だけで造ったお酒”です。 米は岡山県産山田錦を使用し、天領日田の水で仕込みました。 和食料理、特にあっさりしたものと相性が良いです。 ラベルには代々受け継がれている牡丹角の井を使用。
