今回は「めんこいな」を使用した純米大吟醸です。食べても美味しいお米の「めんこいな」を50％まで磨き醸しました。地元農家さんの協力のもと、蔵人みんなで田植えや稲刈りをして醸した、みんなの思いが詰まった純米大吟醸酒です。そしてテロワールを進めるうえでも重要な位置づけのお酒です。
