地元産の山田錦を使用。 冬に搾ったお酒を瓶貯蔵で保管し熟成させた一品。 例年より暑い夏、疲れた体を癒していただきたいとの想いから、 酸を利かした甘口のお酒になるように仕込み、夏まで管理しました。 味の濃い料理にも負けない、食欲を増すお酒に仕上がりました。 各サイズ限定200本の販売です。
